1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

2. Services

Alfo AI Consulting provides artificial intelligence consulting, strategy, implementation, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom solutions and deliverables created specifically for you become your property upon full payment. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our intellectual property.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and business information as confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual proposals or SOWs. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. You are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
