Transcript
- Case study, Heavenly Therapeutic Massage. A massage site built to book. A new bilingual website for Lisa's licensed massage practice in Homestead and Kendall, Miami. Every page leads to a booking or a call. Built by Alfo AI, live in Homestead and Kendall, FL.
- The homepage, top to bottom: What brings you in, three ways in; Most booked, the service cards; Lymphatic drainage after surgery, the post-op section; In their words, Google reviews; Book an hour that is genuinely yours, online or by phone.
- Desktop and mobile. Same site, every screen. Nothing hidden on the phone, nothing cut: the services, the post-op page, the reviews.
- Every page pulls its weight: Post-op recovery, En español, the Kendall location, and a Spanish mirror of every page.
- A site Lisa runs herself, in two languages. Results for Heavenly Therapeutic Massage: 66 pages in English and Spanish, 17 service pages, 0 broken links at launch. Website, Spanish pages, admin portal, SEO. Your business could be next. Book a consultation, hello@alfoai.com
Live site captured October 2026.
Where they started
Her Google listing was busy, with 14,000 profile views between March and August 2026, but the website it sent people to was letting them down. Our audit scored the old WordPress site 2.1 out of 10. Eleven of its twelve pages had no main heading, none of its 114 images had alt text, and the phone number was plain text nobody could tap. The FAQ, Contact, Services and Gift Cards pages showed a header, a blank space and a footer, so all 13 FAQ answers were invisible. There were no forms, no privacy policy and no analytics of any kind, every mistyped address quietly landed on the homepage, and Spanish came from a translation widget. On a phone, the page took more than five seconds to show anything.
What we built
We started with a full audit of the old site, inside and out, and a baseline so the improvement could be measured. Then we designed and built a new site from scratch: a deep navy look that surfaces into daylight as you scroll, built around her real photos and her own words. Every service has its own page with a way to book, every page has a tap-to-call number, and every page has a real Spanish version. Behind it sits a small admin portal where Lisa changes services, photos, hours and specials herself, and a save is live the moment she makes it. It all runs on her own hosting account, so she owns the site and the data. On launch night we backed up WordPress, switched the domain over, and checked every old address against the new site.
What is included
- A new website designed from scratch around Lisa's own photos, her own words, and the brand blue taken from her logo
- 17 service pages, from post-op lymphatic drainage to facials, each one saying who it is for and how long it takes
- A real Spanish version of every page, 66 pages in all, in place of the old translation widget
- Book buttons that go straight to her Vagaro booking, and tap-to-call phone numbers on every page
- A post-operative recovery page written for surgery patients and the coordinators who refer them
- Location pages for Homestead and Kendall with satellite maps, plus her mobile service area from Florida City to Coral Gables
- An admin portal where Lisa edits services, photos, prices, hours, specials and contact details, with separate owner and editor logins, and every save is live at once
- A contact form and a spa party inquiry form that go straight to Lisa's inbox
- Her client intake forms carried across, PDFs included, so the links she already shared keep working
- Permanent redirects for every old WordPress address, checked one by one on launch night
- Search setup: a sitemap, local business, FAQ and review structured data, an llms.txt file for AI assistants, Google Analytics and Search Console
- Accessibility built in: a main heading on every page, alt text on every image, visible focus rings and large tap targets
- A branded 404 page with call and services links, instead of silently sending visitors to the homepage
- Security headers, and every dependency vulnerability her host flagged cleared before launch
